Will I have to pay taxes?
The customer is responsible for issues relating to the delivery and taxation of their order and the laws applied to them. We cannot be held responsible for any fees or taxes that you may have to pay.
What is your delivery process after placing an order?
Once an order is placed with us, it takes up to 7 working days on average to process. After it has been processed, we then send the data to the warehouse. Once the warehouse receives the information it requires to ship your order, it then packs the orders in batches. Once a batch is fully packed, it is then sent to our logistics centre, through economy airmail. Orders shipped via economy airmail take between 10 and 21 business days to arrive.

What if I ordered six perfumes and received only three?
Please keep in mind that in case of multiple products we have as a policy to pack them as separate shipments. You will receive tracking numbers for each product, so you will know at any time where your package /s is/are located. You can contact us at any time as to assist you with the tracking process or to clarify if you have any questions or concerns! Our no.1 Priority is You!
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is Free to all destinations.
Please note that orders from USA - UK - Australia - Canada - France, are shipped via Priority mail, no extra charge.
This means that delivery time-frame for the said destinations, is 10-12 working days from shipment date, instead 10 to 21 working days. No additional cost!
Handling time for all destinations is 7 working days from receipt of payment * Working days as defined by all International platforms, means excluding the weekends and National Holidays!
